Orthodontic Insurance

We accept most orthodontic insurances and will file your insurance for you. When you call for your initial appointment, please have your insurance information available so that we may call your insurance company and verify your benefits. We will inform you of our exact fee, your insurance benefit and payment options at your consultation appointment.

TMJ Insurance

TMJ insurance may fall under either your dental or medical policy, so we typically ask for information on both. If your policy does not have a specific TMJ benefit outlined in your coverage, they may require us to seek prior approval by sending our records and treatment plan. Some insurance companies also require written referral from your M.D. or Dentist prior to being evaluated for TMJ. We will file your TMJ insurance for you. Because the patient is responsible for any unpaid insurance balance, we strongly recommend that you become familiar with any limitations or exclusions in your policy directly from your insurance company.

Payment Options

Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in the overall dental, medical and psychological well being of children and adults. Being sensitive to the fact that different people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations, in most cases we provide the following payment options:

Option A: No Downpayment Plan

  • Receive a 1% instant discount from our office on the amount financed
  • No downpayment, no pre-payment penalties
  • Up to 60 months financing available

    2. CareCredit:  www.carecredit.com. CareCredit card can be used at participating Dentists, Oral Surgeons, Veterinarians, Cosmetic Surgeons and other participating healthcare providers or for other family members requiring orthodontic care without need to reapply.  You may also apply by phone at (800) 365-8295.  Rates vary from 0% to 11.9%.

Option B: Payment In Full

  • A 7% bookkeeping discount off the Responsible Party Balance is given for patients paying in full when treatment begins.

Option C: 0% Interest In-Office Financing

  • A $500 - $750 down payment with the balance payable over 12-22 months depending on the patient's estimated length of treatment. You may also make a larger down payment to lower your monthly payments.
